CPR & FIRST AID
The American Heart Association (AHA) stands at the forefront of resuscitation science, education, and training, and publishes the official Guidelines for CPR, which are used worldwide. Dedicated to improving heart health, the AHA provides First Aid and CPR courses that empower people with essential knowledge, hands-on skills, and confidence to handle medical emergencies. These courses cover everything from recognizing cardiac distress to performing chest compressions and using automated external defibrillators (AEDs), providing participants with the comprehensive training needed to help save lives.

HEMORRHAGE CONTROL
The STOP THE BLEED® training course teaches individuals the skills needed to handle severe bleeding emergencies. Through lecture and hands-on practice, participants learn how to properly apply direct pressure and use tourniquets to control bleeding and stabilize someone until emergency services arrive. Developed by the U.S. Department of Defense and based on lessons from combat medicine, this program is now available in 169 countries. It empowers individuals from all backgrounds, including those without medical experience, to act quickly and potentially save lives in traumatic situations.
TRAINING OPTIONS
These programs can be taken individually or combined into a single training session. Merging CPR/AED, First Aid, and Stop the Bleed training offers a comprehensive approach to emergency preparedness, giving participants versatile life-saving skills to handle a wide range of critical situations.
