CPR & FIRST AID

The American Heart Association (AHA) is a leading organization dedicated to promoting cardiovascular health and training individuals in life-saving skills. Their First Aid and CPR programs are carefully designed to equip participants with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to effectively handle medical emergencies. From recognizing the signs of cardiac distress to performing chest compressions and using automated external defibrillators (AEDs), these programs offer comprehensive training that can make a critical difference in saving lives.

HEMORRHAGE CONTROL

The Stop the Bleed program is a national initiative designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to control bleeding effectively in emergencies. Created by the American College of Surgeons in collaboration with other organizations, the program was launched to reduce preventable deaths caused by traumatic injuries. It emphasizes the importance of taking immediate action in cases of severe bleeding, whether due to accidents, natural disasters, or violent incidents.
